Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
Usage data such as test results, progress, and interaction with the platform

Service description

Sproochentest.org provides online preparation material for the Sproochentest, the Luxembourgish language exam required for Luxembourg nationality. The platform includes test simulations, listening exercises, speaking practice, and learning resources.

Not an official exam

Sproochentest.org is an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Institut national des langues Luxembourg (INLL) or any Luxembourg government body. Our simulations do not lead to any official certification. Registration for the official Sproochentest must be done directly via MyINL.

Account and access

A one-time payment of €69 grants you lifetime access to all content on the platform. Your account is personal and may not be shared with others. Access is delivered immediately after payment via a PIN-based login system.

Intellectual property

All content on Sproochentest.org — including questions, audio recordings, texts, images, and software — is the property of Testrada Pte Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Sproochentest.org is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure accuracy and availability, but do not guarantee specific exam outcomes. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our platform.

Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

What cookies we use

Sproochentest.org uses a minimal set of cookies, all essential for the platform to function:

What we do not use

Cloudflare

Our site is served through Cloudflare, which may set a minimal technical cookie (__cf_bm) for bot detection purposes. This is essential for security and cannot be disabled.

Refund Policy

Digital product

Sproochentest.org provides instant access to digital content upon payment. As the product is delivered immediately and in full, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been activated.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following cases:

You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
You are unable to access the platform due to a persistent technical issue on our side that we cannot resolve

How to request a refund

Contact us at admin@civiclearn.com within 14 days of purchase, including your name, email used for purchase, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
